Join Pamela Jeanne’s Meditation and Mindfulness group for its last three 2021
sessions on the second Tuesday of each month, September-November.

Each session starts at 1:00 p.m. and lasts from 45 minutes to an hour.
Pamela Jeanne begins with check-ins and then leads participants through a guided meditation for about 20 minutes. There’s time for questions and sharing at the end. These sessions help to reduce stress and enhance relaxation.
