From villager Ruth Lane, who is certified to teach Tai Chi through the Tai Chi for
Health Institute: Tai Chi for Everyone classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from
10 a.m. until 11 a.m., January 3 through February 9. The classes are for those who have
taken tai chi before as well as those who are new to tai chi.
Once again, we will have a lovely indoor space at St Andrew Catholic Church, 806 NE
Alberta St. Enter the parking lot on NE 9th Ave. The community center is directly ahead, go
up the ramp on the right to the meeting room.
