Alberta Street Fair with North Star Village Friends
Enjoy the 22nd Annual Alberta Street Fair featuring three stages of entertainment, 300 vendors, kids’ activities, beer gardens and more. The Fair takes place on NE Alberta Street between NE 10th and NE 30th avenues. Because this is such a popular event, we recommend you take public transportation. If you need advice on how to get there from where you live on public transportation, contact NSV member Joan Iven at ivan0117@comcast.net.
If you’d like to go with other Villagers, then plan to join Liz Kennedy at the bus stop on NE Dekum at NE Dean the Woodlawn neighborhood in time to take the bus at 11:07 a.m. to NE 15th and NE Alberta, a less than 10-minute trip or meet the bus when it arrives at the event. On street parking should be available on NE Dean and adjacent streets. Plan to leave in time to park so as to get to the bus stop on time.
