The Chinese New Year Cultural Fair is held annually at the Oregon Convention Center.
Established by the Portland Chinese Times and operated in collaboration by the PCT, Portland Art & Cultural Center and Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, this one-day event draws thousands of people of all ages to enjoy cultural entertainment, food, shopping and education and celebration of the Chinese New Year.
